Conflict management is a skill that has to be learned. Just like reading or writing, we possess the capability to be effective conflict communicators. We can learn to appreciate that within conflict, opportunities exist to not only resolve problems, but to build trust and strengthen relationships. Effective de-escalation begins with self-awareness and self-management.

Questions are encouraged, and can be asked during the session (via live chat) or emailed to the instructor between sessions. A small amount of course work prior to and during the three sessions is expected. Delivery is via Zoom based software and includes a digital copy of the student workbook.
