Course description:

The pre-entry workshop is mandatory for those who are not NLDP Level 1. This two-day workshop includes an overview of the key theories/models/tools from a foundations perspective to lay the groundwork covered in Level 1.

Throughout NLDP Level 2 course delivery, there will be references to leadership models and theories that had been previously addressed in Level 1. The Level 2 program builds upon those theories with a greater focus on application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation opportunities. This will include the completion of the MBTI, if not already completed.
