This course includes hands-on practice of nursing skills in a laboratory setting. Basic practical nursing skills studied include using asepsis, personal hygiene, mobility, vital signs, and nutrition. Reporting and documentation skills will be included, and students will learn how to safely work with clients who are angry/aggressive.
