Course description:

The site portion of the program will focus on areas that are best covered at an operating mine. This section of the program is 588 hours long and focuses on monitoring the operation of chutes, conveyors, crushers, conventional cyclones, feeders, lubrication systems, centrifugal pumps, valves, and other equipment. This component of the course will also deal with the use of workplace computer hardware and software.
