Introduction to Mechanical Systems

Course description:

Students will develop a basic understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems. They will assist with cutting and joining of cast iron, copper, PVC and ABS pipes and learn the safe operation of tools specific to the plumbing trade. Students will also develop an understanding of water heating systems, forced air heating and ventilation systems.
