Course description:

This consolidated field practicum provides the opportunity for students, who are not currently employed as a Community Health Representative (CHR) to integrate knowledge and skills, and prepare for practice as a CHR. The student is encouraged to work with increasing independence, planning and participating in health promotion activities while functioning as part of the health care team.
