Participants continue in their development of being in-relation with clients. Participants further integrate theoretical knowledge, including knowledge from both the human science and the natural science paradigms and act as moral agents to promote health and healing. There are opportunities for participants to refine and use their decision making for nursing practice skills and to explore and utilize the expertise of a variety of health team members. Participants continue to learn to practice safely through their ability to practice relational skills, organizational skills, decision-making skills, inquiry skills, and psychomotor skills. The examination of ethical decision-making required of nurses in their day to day practice will also be explored.
