Course Description
In many organizations today, the focus is on results: finding better solutions faster.  To optimize performance, we must be able to effectively resolve issues, settle differences, and implement tools on every level.  This course is designed to focus on a range of concepts and tools so that employees feel empowered to resolve conflicts effectively. -Recognize personal conflict resolution tyles or modes
