This five-session course addresses personalllife management topics targeted at assisting the participants in making a successful transition to the industrial workplace. Topics covered include employer/ employee expectations, introduction to rotational work, balance and wellness, managing stress, managing money, and communication on the job. When this course is delivered in conjunction with company specific-training, an additional session can be added so that a representative from the company's Human Resource area can address company-specific items such as the history and mission of the company, hiring polices, benefits, and other factors that will be of interest to the participants.
