Let’s face it – stress is unavoidable and believe it or not, some research suggests that if managed appropriately, stress can be a positive influence in our lives that can enhance our health and our relationship to others!
This is the final course of the series and will focus on each of these three Stress Management subsets:
Adapting emotions, thoughts and behaviours to unfamiliar, unpredictable, and dynamic circumstances or ideas.
2. Stress Tolerance
Coping with stressful or difficult situations and believing that one can manage or influence situations in a positive manner.
An indicator of one’s positive outlook on life which involves remaining hopeful and resilient, despite occasional setbacks.
Similar to the other workshops in this series, participants will be encouraged to take stock of how each of the three Interpersonal sub-sets are occurring in their lives and through the facilitator’s guidance and support, to discover opportunities to continue to explore and evaluate these areas.
