Deadline: October 15th — Value: $1000 — This bursary is available to students who are enrolled in the 2nd year of the Environment Natural Resource Technology Program. Applicants must be residents of the Northwest Territories. First Nations, Inuit or Metis students will be given priority. Preference will be given to applicants who have achieved a minimum overall average of 70% in their first year of the program. Applicants who can clearly demonstrate their commitment to the field of Environmental and Natural Resource through involvement in related volunteer and/or paid work and/or hobbies are also preferred.

Deadline: March 26th — Value: $1000 — Stantec has established a scholarship for students attending the Environment and Natural Resources Technology Program at Aurora College. The applicant must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident enrolled full-time in the Environment and Natural Resources Technology Program. The applicant must demonstrate the ability to provide leadership or academic excellence through either a GPA of 3.0 (70% or higher) in your most recent year of College, or a letter of reference from your employer addressing your ability to provide leadership in your area of study. Awards will be determined jointly by Stantec and Aurora College.

Deadline: October 25th — Value: $1000 — “Diavik Diamond Mine (2012) Inc.” has established four $1,000 scholarships for NWT and/or West Kitikmeot students attending Aurora College. The applicant must be enrolled in a Program that is of two year duration or longer at Aurora College but may apply in any year. Priority will be given to students enrolled in the Environment and Natural Resources Technology Program.
