Important Information
Aurora College rents a variety of 2-3 bedroom row houses and apartments throughout Inuvik for family housing.
Family units have various locations within Inuvik. However, most are within a 5-15 minute walk from the campus, the East Three School and downtown Inuvik.
Row Houses have private entrances and laundries. They vary in size from 3-4 bedrooms. Most row houses have carpeted living rooms and bedrooms, and linoleum in the kitchen/bathrooms.
Apartments share a common building entrance and laundries. They vary in size from 2 – 3 bedrooms. Most apartments have carpeted living rooms and bedrooms, and linoleum in the kitchen/bathrooms.
Residents are responsible for installing their own internet, cable, and telephone.
Students can either arrange for their own post office box at Canada Post or use the Aurora College mailing address (PO Box 1008 Inuvik NT X0E 0T0) and pick up their mail at the main administration office.
Row houses have their own private laundry.
Apartments share laundries for $2/wash and $2/dryer cycle.
Energized parking is available for residents
