I want to share the concept of radically human leadership. It’s a leadership concept that arose from the work of Korn Ferry only in the last 3 years or so. It is a shift in mindset toward creating winning opportunities and prosperity (perhaps in our world this may be toward fostering a learning and growth mindset).
