DESCRIPTION:Agenda\n\n\n\nAny person or group wishing to address\, ask a question of\, or make a presentation to the Board of Governors must make the request in writing to the contact below no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on Monday\, February 17.  The question or presentation must be submitted either electronically or in hard copy by that date and time as well. Delegations are limited to 15 minutes with a maximum of four delegations per meeting. The Board will not make decisions about an issue brought forward by a delegation at the same meeting at which it is presented.
