I want to share the concept of radically human leadership. It\u2019s a leadership concept that arose from the work of Korn Ferry only in the last 3 years or so. It is a shift in mindset toward creating winning opportunities and prosperity (perhaps in our world this may be toward fostering a learning and growth mindset).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA radical organization challenges its core beliefs and assumptions, freeing itself to find new ways to move forward. Radical growth requires acting in bold and courageous ways that allow people to risk failure so they can grow and learn together.\u201d (https:\/\/www.kornferry.com\/insights\/this-week-in-leadership\/what-is-radically-human-transformation-and-how-can-you-get-started<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you substitute the concept of client for student and the concept of leadership innovation with pedagogical innovation, there are some key elements from this radical approach to leadership that could help us along our journey toward radically human pedagogy.
