CLTI can provide professional development activities and resources for non-instructional staff such as: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Specialized workshops <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Helping to develop a team training day <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Instructional Skills Workshops for non-instructional teams <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Helping develop training plans for developmental transfers <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many staff who are in non-instructional roles have the responsibility of supporting students throughout their experience at Aurora College. The Instructional Skills Workshop can benefit staff who interact with students in a non-instructional way by thinking of student interactions as teachable moments and practicing that instruction.  Non-instructional staff are encouraged to register for an ISW, or to contact CLTI to arrange a special ISW delivery for your unit or team.   <\/p>\n\n\n
