Program reviews provide an opportunity to confirm what works well in a program and identify ways for the program to improve and grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As your program partner, CLTI works with you every step of the way. This may include any or all of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Educating you and your team about program reviews and how to successfully complete one, including:<ul><li>Answering your questions as they arise and helping you to understand the process and timelines related to conducting a program review self-study<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Providing the templates necessary to conduct your program review and coaching you to use them effectively<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Collaborating with and supporting you and your team in various data gathering initiatives, including:<ul><li>Requesting data from College departments (e.g., Registrar\u2019s Office, Finance, Marketing and Communications)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Planning, scheduling, and attending meetings (in-person or virtual) to gather stakeholder feedback about experiences or ideas about the program<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Creating curriculum maps and mapping outcomes<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Synthesizing data and developing meaningful and supportable recommendations for change<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Reviewing your program review and offering constructive feedback<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-5e3de1ad\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n<div class=\"gb-grid-wrapper gb-grid-wrapper-a164ac94\">\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-e50e5b31\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-e50e5b31\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<p>In short, we are here to help you succeed.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-0ef3450e\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-0ef3450e\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n<div class=\"gb-button-wrapper gb-button-wrapper-bc8a7516 gb-button-wrapper-global-buttons-1\">\n\n<a class=\"gb-button gb-button-536976fe gb-button-text gb-button-global-button-1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.auroracollege.nt.ca\/clti\/request-service\/\">Request this Service<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-a35aef1b\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<h4 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-e7212b63 gb-headline-text\">In-depth Analysis of Programs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A program review is an in-depth analysis of a program by both the program itself (the self-study) and by external peer reviewers (the external review).
